Genius Tech provides device repair services including:

Device diagnosis and assessment
Repair and replacement of device components
Installation of OEM-grade replacement parts
Free pickup and delivery in Dubai Marina, JLT, and JBR

Warranty

Our repair services come with warranty coverage:

Parts and labor warranty on all repairs
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications after repair
Warranty claims must be made by contacting us via WhatsApp with your repair receipt

Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care with your devices, Genius Tech is not liable for any pre-existing damage, data loss, or issues unrelated to the repair performed. We recommend backing up your data before any repair service.

Customer Data

We respect your privacy and do not access personal data on your device unless required for the repair. We recommend removing sensitive data or providing device passcodes only when necessary for repair verification.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repair service. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Prices quoted are final and include all applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
